Instructions
Cook 1/2 cup of rice in 3/4 cup of boiling water, until all water is evaporated. Set it aside and let it cool.
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the onions in butter. After they start to lose their colour, add some olive oil and continue to fry a few more minutes until translucent. Set it aside and let it cool.
Put the minced meat, onions, eggs, salt and milk into a food processor. Mix.
Add cooked rice into the food processor and mix in low power in order to avoid the rice to break.
Oil an oven safe dish.
Make meatballs out of the mix, cover in semolina, and put onto the oiled dish.
Bake in 190C for 20mins.
