Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan and fry onions until translucent. Add olive oil.
Add garlic, padron peppers and anchovies into the pan. Combine everything and continue to fry.
Add cod into the pan.
After cod is cooked, add ackee.

- ✅ Cod, sliced into dices
- ✅ Ackee
- ✅ Salt
- ✅ Chilli flakes
- ✅ Butter to fry
- ✅ Olive oil to fry
