Brazilian Cheese Buns

  • Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C fan.

  2. In a saucepan, add milk and butter and bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour. Mix it in a food processor while it cools.

  4. Add the egg. (If you are using more than one egg, add them in one at a time waiting until each one is completely incorporated before adding the next)

  5. When the dough is mixed, add the cheese. Beat again until mixed.

  6. Bake for 30mins.

  7. Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • ✅  Butter
  • ✅  Milk
  • ✅  Tapioca flour
  • ✅  1 egg
  • ✅  Saganaki cheese, cut into small cubes (you can also use Edam and Mozzarella mix but would not be as good as with Saganaki)
