Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C fan.
In a saucepan, add milk and butter and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour. Mix it in a food processor while it cools.
Add the egg. (If you are using more than one egg, add them in one at a time waiting until each one is completely incorporated before adding the next)
When the dough is mixed, add the cheese. Beat again until mixed.
Bake for 30mins.
Serve hot.

- ✅ Milk
- ✅ Tapioca flour
- ✅ 1 egg
- ✅ Saganaki cheese, cut into small cubes (you can also use Edam and Mozzarella mix but would not be as good as with Saganaki)
- ✅ Olive oil
