  • Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a pan and cook until the cheeses are melted.

Ingredients

  • ✅  Emmental cheese 
  • ✅  Gruyere cheese
  • ✅  1 garlic clove, minced
  • ✅  1 tbsp Cognac (or Kirsch)
  • ✅  1 cup dry white wine
  • ✅  Salt
  • ✅  Black pepper
  • ✅  Nutmeg
