Fresh Spinach with Minced Veal





This easy and quick recipe is one of the best dishes for minimising time spent in the kitchen yet cooking something nutritious and tasty.


 

 

  • Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, coated with butter, over medium heat. Brown the minced veal, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add onion, pepper and tomato into the pan. Add salt, stir, and cook for 5mins, or until the onion is soft and slightly translucent.

  3. Add spinach. Cover, and simmer until tender

  • ✅  450g minced veal
  • ✅  1 small onion, chopped into small dice
  • ✅  1 green pepper, chopped into small dice
  • ✅  1 tomato, chopped into small dice
  • ✅  450g fresh spinach, washed
  • ✅  Salt
