Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan, coated with butter, over medium heat. Brown the minced veal, stirring occasionally.
Add onion, pepper and tomato into the pan. Add salt, stir, and cook for 5mins, or until the onion is soft and slightly translucent.
Add spinach. Cover, and simmer until tender.
