Instructions
Heat pan (7 on induction hob).
Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and 2 corn kernels.
After both of the kernels pop, take them out from the pan, add the rest of the kernels into the pan, and turn the heat off.
After 1 min (count to 60), put the pan back onto the hob (7 on induction hob).
Once the kernels start popping, let steam escape by lifting the lid a little.
When the time between the pops are long enough, turn off the heat.
Place the popcorn into a bowl and serve with salt.
