Good side dish.
Instructions
Cook onions until translucent.
Add garlic, chilli, green beans, pak choi and water chestnut to the pan and fry until tender.
Add rice and fry everything.
Push everything to the side of the pan, add eggs and scramble until cooked. Stir eggs into the rice.
Ingredients
- ✅ 1 cup black rice, cooked then cooled
- ✅ 1 small onion, diced
- ✅ 2 garlic cloves
- ✅ Chilli
- ✅ 1 pak choi, sliced
- ✅ 1/2 can water chestnut
- ✅ Green beans
- ✅ 2 eggs
- ✅ Sesame seeds or roasted peanuts (optional)
- ✅ Soy sauce (optional)
