Beef Massaman Curry

  • Instructions

  1. Cook potato cubes in a non-stick pan with lid on. You can add coconut oil if needed.

  2. Brown beef cubes in a separate pan (cast iron). Set aside.

  3. Grind peanuts in a food processor. Set aside.

  4. Mix onion, garlic, ginger, anchovies, coriander stems, peppers and coconut milk in a food processor.

  5. Add the curry paste into the non-stick pan with potatoes. Add lime zest (optional). Cook until it is reduced.

  6. Add peanuts. Stir.

  7. Add browned beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until done.

  8. Add nutmeg and cinnamon.

  9. Turn off the heat. Add lime juice and coriander leaves. Serve with fish sauce and chilli peppers (optional).

  • ✅ Nutmeg, 1 tsp
  • ✅  Cinnamon, 1 tsp
  • ✅  Fish sauce
