Seafood Paella






Seafood paella with a twist
 

  • Instructions

  1. Chop onions, peppers, tomatoes, cook on a non stick pan.

  2. Add rice and saffron.

  3. Add fish pie mix.

  4. (optional) Chargrill shelled prawns on very high heat. 

Ingredients

  • ✅  1 cup Calasparra rice
  • ✅  1 large pepper 
  • ✅  1 shallot / onion
  • ✅  1 large garlic clove 
  • ✅  1 large tomato
  • ✅  1 Shelled prawns
  • ✅  1 Fish Pie Mix (cod, smoked haddock, salmon)
  • ✅  Olive oil
  • ✅  Salt, pepper, butter
  • ✅  Saffron
  • ✅
