Goats Cheese Mushroom
 

  • Instructions

  1. Heat cast iron pan
  2. Fry pine nuts until brown
  3. Fry garlic clove
  4. Chop parsley
  5. Chop hard goats cheese
  6. Wash and pat dry Portobello mushrooms
  7. Fill pine nuts, parsley, goats cheese, garlic into mushrooms
  8. Sprinkle generous Maldon Sea Salt
  9. Cook lid closed
  10. Serve with some extra goats cheese and olive oil
