Goats Cheese Mushroom
Instructions
- Heat cast iron pan
- Fry pine nuts until brown
- Fry garlic clove
- Chop parsley
- Chop hard goats cheese
- Wash and pat dry Portobello mushrooms
- Fill pine nuts, parsley, goats cheese, garlic into mushrooms
- Sprinkle generous Maldon Sea Salt
- Cook lid closed
- Serve with some extra goats cheese and olive oil
