Enjoy cold in salads or as a side dish.
Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan and melt butter.
Add tomato puree and chilli puree to the pan and mix with butter.
Add bulgur, hot water and salt to the pan. Cook.
In a separate bowl, cut spring onions, tomato, padron peppers, parsley. Mix them together.
Add cooked bulgur to the bowl and mix everything.
Add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Serve cold.
